7 March 2012: Seminar with Professor Ingo Walter (Stern School of Business, New York University) - The governance of banks: will we get it right?
Ingo Walter is professor of Finance, Corporate Governance and ethics at Stern School of Bussiness, New York, and a frequently asked consultant.
He is author of Governing the Modern Corperation (with Roy Smith, New York: Oxford University Press, 2006). In 2011 he was fellow-author of Regulating Wall Street: The Dodd-Frank Act and The New Architecture of Global Finance (Wiley & Sons, Hoboken, New Jersey).
With this seminar we hoped to contribute to the current debate on regulation and stability of the financial system. There will be a discussion afterwards.
